hello cyberspace and dear readers,
the suspense is over cause i'm here to post the picture for the NDP preview
for your enjoyment. heehee :D
but, i won't post EVERYTHING up. that will only spoil the actual parade!


so as the rain fell on where we sat,
(steps outside the esplanade overlooking the floating bay which is the big screen)

the troops of primary school kids marched behind our backs.
braced with their red ponchos, umbrellas and KFC,
they made their way into the floating bay with glee!

while we sat there in a sordid state armed with our own KFC,
we tried to make ourselves feel happy,
but failed miserably. (unglam picture!)


parade started off with a bang. LITERALLY!
with the blast of cannons that smoked up the air.

however, dear Joan became a little..
off track??? & instead saw this pretty sight.
ohmygodwhatthehell JOAN!!
ahh. okay over exaggerated expression
cause Joan ALWAYS notice these kind of things.

i am sad to announce that i am require to stop here for today.
but i'll continue with the rest of the pictures tomorrow.
until then. i shall hold the suspense (:
